Returns + Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
Items on sale

If you choose to return or exchange your order for any reason, contact Anastasia Marie first to get any questions or concerns answered.

• Claims for any damaged goods MUST be made within five (5) days of your delivery date.

• Refunds will not be given for any missing or delayed packages. Once the package is in the postal system, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver the package on time.

• Should you simply change your mind once receiving the products(s), contact Anastasia Marie to approve your return and the product(s) must be returned in PERFECT condition within 14 days of your delivery date. Buyer pays return shipping, unless otherwise agreed. Returns will not be accepted after said deadline.

• Returns/exchanges are not valid on used products.

• Full refund of returned merchandise is returned to you via the original payment method once the order is received and inspected. Amount paid for original shipping is not refundable unless product was claimed as damaged within the specified timeframe.

• Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned/refunded unless otherwise agreed. If the item is able to be listed in the Shop, a 15% restocking fee may apply depending on how large the custom order was.

• Should you change your mind regarding your order, cancellations are only accepted if you request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not been packaged and marked as shipped.
